Tantrums

Henry is starting into the totally irrational crazy tantrum stage. You know the one, where he finds something stacked in the wrong place or someone sitting in "HIS" chair and he goes nuts. Red-faced, throw the body on the floor, high-pitched screaming angst.

Instead of getting upset, I find myself laughing. I am not entirely sure why. It may be the fact that I know that these will end and that he will not act crazy forever. It may be that I know there is not much to be done once they lose it like that. But, I find myself hiding my face feeling a little bad that I am laughing when he is demonstrating such pain, albeit crazy pain.

There is something about the way the tantrum unfolds that is just funny rather than irritating.

Holy cow. You commented. So, you think it is Henry's way of tantruming that is funny? Man, I thought I was maturing.
